Pendulum AquaCap Herbicide works as a pre-emergent herbicide for grasses and broadleaf weeds. It uses pendimethalin as the primary ingredient, a meristematic inhibitor that interferes with mitosis, thus preventing the weed from growing. Targeted weeds die shortly after absorbing the growth inhibitor and just before emerging from the soil.
